Meggie Abendschein does work that is deeply connected to her own values and it shows. In a world that can feel a lot like spinning plates and smoke and mirrors, she helps people and companies convey what they truly care about in ways that are authentic, grounded and responsible. She is one of my go-to sounding boards and she never disappoints.
Michelle Kinder, M.Ed, LPC
Author, Speaker, Director of Social Change Leadership Program

Meggie is not only talented and hardworking, she brings a lens of compassion and empathy into all her work. She is a pro at navigating difficult situations and problems, and making sure everyone involved feels included along the way. She is a person who shows up authentically, with integrity in everything she does. I am grateful for our current partnership and excited to see the impact she will have on our community.
Jessica Trudeau, MPH
Managing Director, TexProtects

Words that come to mind immediately when describing our work with Meggie are “efficient”, “strategic” and “fast”. We hired Meggie to help us make the next level jump in our marketing strategy. We’d been doing well, but our marketing voice didn’t match our internal brand to the degree we wanted and we didn’t have the community reach we aspired toward. In a collaborative, enjoyable way, Meggie quickly helped us to create a plan, find our voice and execute on the strategy. She has a wonderful way of bringing people together and makes the best use of our resources while helping us engage the community more powerfully and effectively than ever before.

Meggie is a game-changer. On top of her deep-seeded knowledge of marketing best practices and strategic planning, Meggie applies a lens of humanity and compassion to her work. After 5+ years of working alongside Meggie, I am still in awe of her talent and drive to improve communities through her work.
Susan Ruel
Sr. Director of Marketing, Perot Museum of Nature & Science

“Meggie brings a much-needed skill suite to the nonprofit world – integrity, values-alignment, flexibility, and depth of knowledge. Her proven experience as a problem solver who knows how to navigate through difficult situations was an asset to us as we worked through tough conversations. You can’t always be fully prepared for those moments but you can do your best to have the right people with you in critical situations. Meggie is the right person.”
Lexie Okeke
Community Engagement Manager, AT&T Byron Nelson

“Last week, [Newsweek} ran an article by a radical leftist named Meggie Abendschein. She owns a business in Texas that prefers to hire women. Here’s what Newsweek and Meggie are serving up. “We need to deeply embed anti-racism into our identity, our purpose and every facet of our life. This work requires our full-throttle empathy and total commitment to dismantling an archaic, dangerous white supremacist system.”

Then Meggie brings it home. “I was speaking with another white woman recently who told me her husband wasn’t sold on the idea of racism being our problem ...

“I told her that by not saying something ... was to choose comfort “

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Let’s create marital strife if your spouse is not “woke.”
